Queen Anne’s at Home is hosting a panel discussion about senior services offered in Queen Anne’s County to learn more about what is available, how to take advantage of these resources, and most importantly, how these agencies work together to meet our needs!
We will have representatives from:
- VNA of Maryland – Medicare Home Health Agency
- Chesapeake Caregivers – In-home provider of personal care, assist with daily activity
- Hewes Health Consulting – Expert guidance to help make informed medical decisions
- Queen Anne’s County Department of Community Services – Area Agency on Aging
- Queen Anne’s County Health Department – Adult Evaluation and Review Service
- Compass – Palliative Care and Hospice
- Arcadia – Assisted Living
Light lunch and door prizes will be provided as part of this educational and fun event.
